Marking this as a critical bug against HEAD.  Since this was discovered so late
in the 0.2.7 testing, and it seems we shipped a 0.2.6 that also exceeds the
stated minimum requirements, I'm not going to hold up 0.2.7 any longer.  We will
ship this as a known bug.

Psusi's usetup patch has been looked over and initally seems ok, so this is
probably a deeper problem in ros, and will take some time to investigate and
decide what to do about it.

I will update the 0.2.7 page on the wiki with the info and the actual memory
requirements.
