While doing troubleshooting for bug 703, I was installing 17251 under qemu with
only 32MB on ram.  It hung, as expected, and I let it sit for a minute while
working on something else.  It bugchecked while I was waiting. I have not tried
to reproduce this, but I'm filing a bug since it was the only time I've gotten a
bugcheck while doing regression testing for 703.
