I've completely build the boot and the live-cd. It exist one problem. If the 
compilation of a source file fails, make doesn't stop the build process and 
doesn't delete the wrong object file. The linker cannot create the executable 
and make doesn't stop the build process again. I've add Rev 17274. After this 
I could build ntoskrnl.
