Steps to reproduce:
1. Run midnight commander (mc.exe) from our rosapps tree.
2. Choose any simple console application - for example run advapi32_test.exe 
without any params (just by hitting enter on this file). It will show help on 
tests and exit.
3. Hit enter again to run the file again - it will work just fine
4. Hit enter once more to run the file, and watch console hanging without any 
actions.
