Testing 0.2.8, 0.2.9-RC1 on x86 HW:

  Settings->Control Panell->Accessibility options->General (Sheet)-> SerialKey 
devices button "Settings" is locked with nearby checkbox (I mean, if You want 
to access Settings, it is not possible, as nearby checkbox is affected by a 
keypress on that button).

  Good Luck resolving!
  (I understand, that settings are not implemented, but anyway GUI should be 
consistent).
