New test with 20478
1)The endless stream of exceptions has been fixed.
2) I am able to browse the web and bugzilla to update the bug  but there is a
reproductible crash for me if I use  the "url " text field below tools menu
either by typing www.reactos.org for example  or by selectig the arrow at the
right side of this url text field .
