Since MS PSDK/DDK doesn't allow including windows.h and ntddk.h at the same time
the only way to get the required types is to include ntddk.h and separate win*.h
files (except winbase.h and few others)... also the ddraw headers were missing a
_NO_COM stuff and included windows.h even in KM components.
