My apologies on being clear on that. This error occurs at the end of the 
ReactOS installation when it attempts to reboot into the new system. On a side 
note this also occurs on the 0.2.6 build of ReactOS.

Note: This install is being done on a Dell Inspiron 7500 Laptop. It fairly old 
computer so I thought that the install would go well.
