The Open File Dialog no longer allows double click or highlight + Enter
selection.  However, You can type the file name in to open it.

This is a regression since 0.2.6.

Open notepad.exe
Choose File.. Open
Set filter to *.*
browse to c:\
try to open freeldr.ini by double clicking on it.

Also, highlighting freeldr.ini and hitting return does nothing but reset the
