I've known about this one for a long time.  When running ReactOS' Task Manager
under XP, the System Cache size is reported incorrectly. No amount of tweaking
on my part would make it come close.  This may be due to the behaviour of our
NtQuerySystemInformation when called with SystemFileCacheInformation.
