Doing some testing, I found that The RealVNC vncviewer 3.3.7 occationally
exposes this same bug.  Going back to 17604, it still does it. Going back again
to 16975, vncviewer doesn't expose this bug, but tcpsvcs still does. This does
not appear to be a regression.
