the app to install freeldr to a floppy is now called installfreeldr.exe and
lives in output/boot/freeldr/install.  I copied this to my r18310 install under
vmware and ran 'installfreeldr a: fat' and it copied the bootsector, after
copying over freeldr.ini and freeldr.sys as instructed, I had a working boot
floppy. This bug is resolved.
