When one installs ReactOS from the bootcd (not under vmware), the display is
left at 640x480.  At this resolution, you cannot see the "OK", "Cancel", and
"Apply" buttons on the display properties page.  If you don't know how to tab
down to OK blindly, you cannot change the resolution.

We need an applet that runs after explorer starts and detects 640x480 and offer
to turn it up to 800x600 for you.
