There are two reason why I think it is good to change.

1) It is probably violation of trademark
   to use "Windows" as operating system name.
   At least, we should add "(TM)" after trademark. (IP Policy IV-1)
2) "ReactOS" is more suitable than "Windows" in these contexts.
   Because name of operating system is ReactOS, not Windows.
   To use "Windows" make no sense.
