#include/pshpack*.h/poppack.h fix

Quite a few of the patches eri-- submitted are mine, so i figured id make
another patch with w32api/include/wingdi.h using #include "pshpack*.h". Ive
also applied eri--'s other patches and it finishes compiling and the install cd
works.

__FreeBSD__ needs to be checked because the build enviroment seems to be
different to the linux one.
