Can't reproduce this on either 0.2.7-RELEASE or current SVN (r17761). Started
command prompt, entered "mkdir empty" ("empty" dir exists) "rd empty" ("empty"
dir gone). Also no problem deleting "empty" from explorer after creating it with
"mkdir empty".
