Steps to reproduce:

C:\REACTOS> output-i386\tools\rbuild\rbuild.exe
-rsubsys\system\regedit\regedit.xml msvc

It crashes in Project::ReadXml() in project.cpp when attempting to throw the
InvalidBuildFileException; node is null

I realize now that I was attempting to misuse rbuild, but in any case it
shouldn't crash
