oops :)

ipconfig /all shows not only the order of the interfaces names the wrong
way round (it shows that the Loopback interface has a MAC address) but
also GetIpAddrTable() returns an address of 0.0.0.0 for its second interface.

this is on both a DHCP-configured _and_ a statically (regedited NE20001)
configured system.
