Ros build = svn 18128 + DBG=1

Firefox ( Firefox-Setup-1.0.2.Setup.exe ) fails to install :

- 1st message box displayed " Extracting"
    ... %
- 2nd message box displayed "7-ZIP"
     ERROR FILE NOT FOUND - The system cannot find the file specified
     OK

Then OK closes the installation
