The ROS-Explorer makes use of the ToolBar-Control (for the Taskbar) and implies
the style TBSTYLE_LIST would make flat buttons, as the official Documentation tells.

Therefore the original author wonders, why there is a 3 pixel padding.

If you look at the implementation of toolbar, there is a comment stating, that
TBSTYLE_LIST doesn't make the buttons flat.

So would someone please add the Style TBSTYLE_FLAT to the CreateToolBarEx call
in taskbar.cpp, it looks much better with it.
