I failed to start an .NET 2.0 app manually by copying the dll's to the correct
dir. When I try to allocate more memory, it gives me the same error, even when
it's got 200MB extra RAM. I think the error is in the MSI:
(dll\win32\msi\package.c:446) failed to copy package to temp path
L"C:\\DOCUME~1\\ADMINI~1.REA\\LOCAL_~1\\Temp\\MSI973c.tmp"
