WinZip 10.0 Setup stops with error saying:

"WinZip was unable to locate a recent version of the Windows HTML help viewer, 
which is required to display WinZip help. In order to use WinZip you will need 
to install or update the help viewer."

I have tried using the MS HTML Help Update, but it doesn't work, and I'd rather 
not have to use MS software on ROS.
