I am using ReactOS, installed on HD. I have a Precision Instruments Serial Port 
Mouse, and it does not work in any previous or current versions of ReactOS. 
This is a generic mouse, Precision Instruments cloned it from Ultima 
Electronics Corp., just search for FCC ID ITEUEC19604966.

Once again, this is a real serial mouse, not a PS/2 with a converter, and I 
have confirmed that ReactOS has not detected it.
