I made a small patch to fix the following:
- TCP/IP Property Sheet doesn't have a caption ("Properties for %s").
- "Network connection Properties" and "Network connection Status" looks awful.
The 'c' in "connection" should be capitalized.
- Change a variable named tpszAdatperName to tpszAdapterName.

This is my first patch ever - sorry if I did anything silly (-:
