Steps to reproduce on installed ReactOS RC1 030, used Virtual PC 2004 Trial on
Windows 2003 server, ReactOS with 190 Mb of Ram:

1)Reboot
2)click on My Computer
3)click on disk C:
4)click on up button
and nothing happens,
