I have a problem getting my USB-mouse to work.

If I connect the USB mouse and a webcam to the USB ports, the mouse works. If I
connect only the mouse (no webcam), the mouse doesn't work.

lsusb without webcam, but with mouse gives me:
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 046d:c03d Logitech, Inc.
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000


lsusb with webcam and mouse gives me:
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 046d:08a9 Logitech, Inc.
Bus 003 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 002 Device 002: ID 046d:c03d Logitech, Inc.
Bus 002 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
Bus 001 Device 001: ID 0000:0000
