The correct patch

There was a problem with the previous patch. Due to an annoyance in
Code::Blocks's quick save feature, the resulting patch was 86KB in size. The
patch appeared to have the same effect, but pointlessly added and removed
additional lines of code. The new patch's size is now 5KB, after using Notepad
to edit the source files. I have checked with a diff tool, and the patch
appears to be correct.

[Who knew even I could mess up such a simple task ;)]
