This bug has been in ReactOS since I saw it running the first time.
If you terminate a program, it still will appear on the running processes tab
of Task Manager, and if you try to terminate it through Task Manager, the
system returns an ACCESS_DENIED. I think this is a bug in the kernel/win32k or
something like that.
