Please stop changing the serverity of bugzilla bugs.
This may seem major to you, but in the overall picture, it's isn't.

You should speak with WaxDragon before messing about with bugzilla severity
levels.

You need to supply debugging info, and you also don't appear to have listed a
hard drive. Without any debug info, devs can only guess at your problem.
