To reproduce, open notepad twice. You will see a blinking caret (text insertion
thingy "|") in both windows. This is incorrect, as there should at any time be
no more than one caret in the entire system.

I reported this as a Win32 bug because I think it is a general problem with the
edit component rather than a bug in notepad.
