Reactos r 26224 has been built on Windows XP ( Rosbe + Mingw 4.1.2
HW is Dell Dimension XPB 733 ( Intel P3)

Reactos installed successfully in the old 0.3.1 branch but then fails to boot
since several months ( linked to major kernel rewrite) as per wiki/bootstate
page , either in 0.3.1 branch or trunk .

Ros install from Boot cd is OK , the Boot #2 fails as per screenshot below
