msiexec.exe, which is included with the bootcd, does nothing when called.
Running msiexec.exe /i "packagename.msi" within windows (using its msiexec)
installs a package fine. msiexec with the usual help switches doesn't even
display anything. Copying this file over to windows and using it still doesn't
help. msiexec included with wine does however work on wine.
