our VGA driver is plain VGA driver, it using 640x480x8, everthing in our vga
driver are hardcode to it. It mean the graphice card need less 512Kbytes memory


Our VBE driver have some work be done to support vbe 1.2, But have never been
finish for some reason, like I lost my vbe 1.2 card. So I can not continue on
implement vbe 1.2 support in our VBE driver.  

Here is the spec for ReactOS
1. Video Card support VGA lest 512Kbytes memory (640x480 256 color)
2. Video Card support VBE 2.0 or higher
