Debug Log

I setup VMware with the primary HD on SCSI 0:0 and the CD-ROM on IDE 0:0. Then
booted in to 1st stage setup where, while copying charmap.exe, the screen
turned red and setup froze.

To replicate:
Run VMware with the primary HD in SCSI mode and boot in to setup. File copying
begins and setup freezes.
