strechblt shall only accpect rop = source copy, all other rop are invaild
acodring msdn. if you proivde a test case for it that it is bitmap + inv color
rop, I am willing adding this support, our strechblt have few bugs, like it
does not respect clipping. 

NOTSRCCOPY are implement in bltblt.
