still the same in r30923. Reverting 30917 and 30918 fixes that problem. (Still
FF crashes easily.) I think that header change should be reverted for now
unless it is really needed somewhere and works. Simply for doing it the same
way as windows doesn't seem to be a good reason to break FF.
I also think a different approach would be better, letting GDIOBJ_Xxx functions
handle the header in a similar way as currently our ros private header is
handled instead of adding the header to all gdiobj structs.
