This is a old bug
it only happen under some conditions like a process try free a gdi object it
does not belong to. or try free a gdi obj that have never been alloc. 

this is cause by 
1. we do not have support for alloc the gdi object that was request
2. wrong/never processid/ was set thanks to a unimplement gdi api
3. or something else goes wrong in win32k or gdi32

it need specfiy what he did and how to fix this ASSERT
to track it down. I think we can close this bug or hto can come back tell what
exacly he did
