some additional little fixes have been added by comparing current sources with
the ones at WINEHQ and its improvements have been included.
Main fixes are:
- DLG procs now return INT_PTR instead of BOOL
- IDS_NOBODY has been added to all resource files.
- Fixed bug into SetDifficulty(): if custom selection, then no changes are done
if the user presses the CANCEL button.
- QUESTION state now handled.
