I confirm exactly the behaviour silverblade described: repeatedly hitting enter
to go ahead during 2nd stage setup leads frequently to ros being stuck not
showing the vmware tools window or showing it partially, last tested in
official bootcd-31191-dbg with vmware server 1.0.4.
