Fixed Patch

I tried to review this bug again, to see if it was possible to make a patch for
WINE for making "less distance" between the two sources.
In addition to previous fixes, this new patch adds:
- Accelerator table was missing, now added (F2, 'X').
- winemine root key is defined in just one place.
