Ok, again ;-)
1. "mem usage increases constantly." = with every time you go through the
startmenu explorer needs more mem (~12K per pass through all toplevel menus)
start explorer: I get 8828 K
after 1 pass: 9000K, 2: 9116K, 3: 9204K, 4: 9216K, 25: 9504K, 50: 9812K, 100:
10424K, ...

2. This happens on XP! No hanlde leak! It is an explorer leak.
This has nothing to do with bug 1554.
1554 is because DestroyIcon will not free the bitmaps for XOR / AND -> ROS bug!
