1. Never asked for that - please read carefully.
2. Works for me.
3. Works for me.  RosBE should include any binaries that it needs beyond those
supplied by Windows (which it currently does).

I won't reopen this bug (again), but I just ask that you would read reports
more carefully.

I will continue to patch ROSBE for my system because it doesn't work as
supplied for me.
