I verified that this bug exists.
The bug isn't visible with Windows XP but it happens with ReactOS.
The memory counter increments itself by 64KB every time there is a refresh.
Perhaps, under ReactOS, one of the blocks allocated into PerfDataRefresh()
function cannot be freed for some reasons.
