I only committed the patch to the "en.rc" file for the moment.

I'm not sure about your patch for the "downloader.xml" file.
I also learned that you write almost everything in lowercase in english, but I
also saw many words written in capital letters on websites or in english
software.
For example here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Open_Source_history, "Open
Source" is written in capital letters.

Maybe a native english speaker should look at this bug.
