in start menu problem
----------------------
1. it does not take current workdir from the link
all program that start from start menu will be using
C:\ReactOS as current workdir, theirfor is the link 
on the start menu also broken.

2. the wine shell32 does not export some api that ms shell32 does, 
   like find ilLastID

it is these two problem that are releated to it. 
I have not look at who I can solv the problem 1 
and not come up with a good solv for problem 2 yet
