To reproduce: compile with DBG=KDBG=1 (keep _WINKD_=0), do 1st stage, and
during booting of 2nd stage press TAB+K sometime after i8042prt.sys driver is
loaded and KDBG prompt will appear. Type 'disasm' and hit enter. After this, a
number of unhandled exceptions will be shown and no, or part of, the
disassembly will be shown.
