I didn't post them because it doesn't matter what keys do you add. I've tried:

HKLM,"SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\KeyboardLayouts\00000405","Layout
File",0x00000000,"kbdcz.dll"
HKLM,"SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\KeyboardLayouts\00000405","Layout
Text",0x00000000,"Czech (QWERTY)"

and dozens of others (copies of some keys already in hivesys and even
completely random ones) all with the same effect but you are right that I
should have done it.
