Reverting vis.c to 27671 helps a bit - opening language combo box does not
freeze the system. Still it freezes on pressing any button - "Ok" or "Cancel".
Freeze happens independently of changing the language, as soon as you enter the
Regional menu in 2nd stage, freeze will happen no matter what you do out there.
