Please be more precise when filing bug reports, add ie what revision was it you
tried and the exact action if possible to see the problem.

You see the problem by double clicking "my computer icon"

I've seen this problem in 27705, doesn't happen in 27704, was introduced by
this commit:

Commit by cwittich  ::  r27705 reactos/dll/win32/user32/windows/window.c:
-forgot to save the file before committing - this is the actual fix from 27703
