Have discovered a BSoD bug on ReactOS 0.3.1 with VMWare 6 (not 5!).

To duplicate:
1) Boot system as normal.
2) Open three CMD prompt windows (enough for their buttons on the taskbar to
become smaller than the default) from the desktop.
3) Right-click on the Taskbar and choose Settings.
4) Go to Taskbar tab.
5) Click OK.
6) Close one CMD window, then open another from the desktop.
7) Right-click on the Taskbar and choose Settings.
8) Go to Taskbar tab.
9) Click OK.
10) Try to close a CMD window.

After this point, the screen will glitch out and turn blue, with no text on it,
becoming completely nonresponsive.
